I had my rhinoplasty (hump removal and osteotomy) done 2 days ago. I’m really happy with the whole process so far. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

1. Consultations
I started with an online consultation, and they replied really quickly. What impressed me the most was their honesty. I sent them a photo of the nose I wanted, and unlike other clinics, they didn’t just say yes to everything. Instead, they explained that such a drastic change could affect the functionality of my nose. I really appreciated that they cared not only about the aesthetics but also about maintaining proper nasal function. It gave me a lot of trust in their professionalism and medical judgment.

Because of that, I decided to have an in person consultation with them once I arrived in Korea. During the consultation, I had a translator with me the entire time — her English was perfect, and she explained the whole process clearly. She and the team also took time to ask me about concerns and preferences.

Then I met Dr. Choi, who was very kind and approachable. I was able to ask him all my questions, and I could immediately tell he was experienced and confident in his work. He made me feel safe and well taken care of.

2. Surgery Day
The staff was incredibly kind. I was very nervous, but they guided me through every step. They first took me to a small private room where I could change into surgical clothes and safely store all my personal belongings. After that, I had a final meeting with Dr. Choi, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to see him again right before the procedure and have everything explained clearly one more time. He has a very calm and professional presence, which helped me feel more at ease.

Then they took me to the operating room, where I lay down and was introduced to the anesthesiologist. Shortly after, they put me to sleep. The operation took around 1.5h and I woke up in the same room, and once I was stable, they moved me back to my private room so I could fully wake up and rest.

I didn’t feel any pain at all - All of the staff were incredibly kind and caring throughout the whole process. They treated me very gently, and I felt like I was in really good hands the entire time.

3. Aftercare
The first 24 hours were tough — mostly due to swelling and having the nose packed, but I didn’t feel any pain, just some pressure. I was given all the medicine and instructions I needed. There is still swelling and some bruising, but it’s healing day by day.
