Hi, how's everyone week been?Sorry, i forgot to take pictures of the hopsital .Omg.

It's me again Janice again. I was interested to know about the alar reduction and whether I was e eligible candidate for it.Atop plastic surgery is at Gangnam. And you can get there via exit 11
. After glasshow , you can see the burger king on the left. Turn left into the alley and viola.You can see the sign ATOP Plastic Surgery.From the alley go up the stairs and cross the road. We are here at Atop plastic surgery. Consultation and registration is at level 4.
Upon reaching level 4 , I was greeted with a lady with well spoken English.(This is important because I can't speak korean for nuts). As usual I gave them.my passport and then I was given a form to fill up. It was pretty easy to fill up as the form was in English. Plus point for that as not many plastic surgery has forms in English or even if they have it. The forms are super confusing with the.korea and English wordings.

I was assigned an consultant named 김하늘. She's like 1 of the most wonderful consultants around.Okay cut the story short. I was brought to a room to take pictures so that the doctor could better understand what surgery would be most suitable for me. They did a ct scan for me and I.had to remove all jewellerys so if anyone is going to Atop for consultation. Please do not wear accessories. The ct scan was quite cute. It gave off music each time they took a picture. My consultant was really nice and sweet and accompanied me all the way. From taking pictured to ct scan and all. She explained in details what they were doing. So there were never a time that I.was lost.
After the ct scan was done ,I was brought to level 5 for the doctors consultation. Before the doctor arrive, while waiting she ask what I which surgery that I'm.looking at. I told her that im looking at Alar reduction and she began explaining the parts of the nose (3d model). For my case a rhinoplasty woukd be recommended as my nose tip is bulbous and its too big. So alar reduction would not work for ny nose. She then went on explaining about what the surgery would be like and what are the procedures using a nose anatomy.I think this is the 1st time i have seen a consultant who is really knowledgeable about the rhinoplasty and all. After explaining to me in detail. 오화영원장님 came into the room. He was really nice and I show him what kind of nose I wanted and I show him the pictures. He explained the procedures that I was going to be doing patiently.He was down to every detailed and he make sure that I understood what.he would be doing and at each time. He paused and allow.the consultant to.explain each and every details. The consultant ask me if I understand and was there anything that I don't understand . She was very thorough in her explanations.And I appreciate the fact that the consultant and the Dr wasn't rushing through the whole time. To be honest , from my own experience. Some doctors just wanna explain quckily and go. Never have I met a doctor who would explain in parts.and down to.each and every detail. He was definitely the first. And of cuz my fantastic consultant who spoke really good English. I was really comfortable throughout the whole consultation. A plus point for Atop plastic surgery is that never once was I push to do the surgery. They were honest and transparent about the prices and my consultant was really sweet and she wrote the prices of each treatment that they have recommended on a piece of paper. Another plus point. She gave me time to.process and even told me that I could go.home and think more about the treatments and procedures.

My overall experience wait Atop plastic surgery was 1 of the best.These are my own opnions and my own experiece. Some good points of this hospital will be summarise in point forms for anyone who wants to have a quick understanding of my experience at Atop

1) Atop was easy to find and the consultants spoke very good English
2) There was never once was I pressured into doing any of the surgeries
3) The Doctor was very detailed and he make sure that I understood each and every procedures that is going to be done.
4)They had a 3d model of the bone structure of the nose so I could have a better understanding.
5) I did not have to wait long. Usually at other hospitals. I had to wait for the consultant but Atop I was served by the consultant immediately.
6)The consultant was very knowledgeable and could explain the anatomy of the nose.thumbs up for that.
7) Doctor ask if he could touch my jawline and my double chin. Never had i met a doctor that would ask.lol. He was so polite.
8) The consultant wrote the prices and the procedures on a piece of paper in English. That was very well presented.
9) I like how the consultant ask me to go.home and ask me to think.about the surgery. Plus point .no hard sales and pushing.
10) They did a ct scan of the face for free.
11)Very detailed explanations from the doctor and the consultant
12)The Doctor did not seem like he was in a rush and he was really patient.plus plus point

Overall it was a good experience for me and for the alar reduction. Not everyone is suitable for it. If your nose is bulbous nose like me and the nose tip is big.Then you will need a rhinoplasty along with the alar reduction. It really depends on what would you be expecting from the surgery. For me, I wanted to.have a very small tip thus fats would be needed to remove from the nose too. I'm considering the rhinoplasty and the alar reduction from this hopsital because they really make me feel comfortable.
