I visited your clinic recently, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I was charged for an “aqua peeling”, but the procedure lasted around 10 minutes and only included makeup removal and a short facial massage/pressure on points. There was no actual aqua peeling process and no mask was applied at the end.

I spent about 30 more minutes just talking while other procedures were being offered to me, even though I said I would think about it. It felt like because I didn’t purchase additional treatments, the service was not completed properly.

Also, after the visit my passport was not returned to me and I had to come back for it.
It was my birthday that day, and I expected a professional and pleasant treatment, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed.
