I visited Cheongdam Eclat De after I was so depressed about my skin condition, it was breaking out so often and I could not manage it using skin care products only. Even though I can understand some Korean but I asked if they had Enlgish speaking staff since it is more comfortable for me to use espicially when visitng a doctor. They do have english speaking staff who is so friendly and nice. the rest of the staff are friendly and so helpful. In my visit the English speaking staff stayed with me and helped me to understand the doctors explinatio. the doctor gave me all the time I needed, scanned my skin closely and gave me all the possible optiones to treat it. She was so understandable and answered all my questions too. My treatment was laser therapy to treat acne and acne scars. the Doctor also gave me free anti unflamatory inkjections for the severly inflamed acne. the best part is that they have a follow up session 2 weeks after getting the trestment where they would check you skin again and did for me 2 free treatments to hydrate my skin. Moreover, after getting the treatment the staff would send you messages everynoe andthen to check your skin condition and if you have any problem you can contact them right away. I did two sessions and I have 1 left but I am already so satisfied with my face situation now. Pricing wise, It is a little to the pricer side but not so expensive. I think the service provided for the patient is equivelant to the price I payed for.
