Representing Korea’s LDM Key Doctors at the D&PS Roundtable
✨ Representing Korea’s LDM Key Doctors at the D&PS Roundtable✨
I recently participated in a special Key Doctor roundtable featured by D&PS, one of Korea’s leading monthly academic publications for physicians in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine.
The roundtable was filmed as part of a special feature highlighting physicians who have played an important role in the clinical development and education of LDM and Skin Aura in Korea.
For many years, I have worked as one of Korea’s representative LDM Key Doctors, sharing clinical experience through academic lectures, physician education, and ongoing discussions on treatment protocols and patient care.
To me, being a Key Doctor means more than being familiar with a device. It means accumulating meaningful clinical experience, sharing both successful outcomes and practical limitations, and helping other physicians use the technology more safely and effectively.
During the roundtable, we discussed how LDM has evolved from a relatively unfamiliar technology into a valuable clinical platform for skin recovery, stabilization, and long-term condition management. We also exchanged perspectives on Skin Aura, treatment design, and the importance of responsible collaboration between physicians and medical technology companies.
It was especially meaningful to take part in this discussion through D&PS, a respected academic journal that represents the Korean aesthetic medical community.
I hope to continue contributing not only as a physician who uses these technologies, but also as a Key Doctor who helps connect clinical practice, medical education, and the continued development of aesthetic medicine.✨
