Hello all! Thanks for asking for updates! We are at the 6 week mark, I can't believe it! I have to admit to you all, I ate way too much over the holidays so I wonder if I could have helped myself more with losing weight 😆 But clearly you can see the difference! The most miraculous thing you can see from the photo - the bottom fat "pouch" is mostly gone! It's not just the pants. I often feel weird not having it there after living my whole life with it. I'm still in the crunchy fat phase, circled in one photo. The area over my belly button is where I can feel it the most, not painful but weird to the touch! Also I had two very large children 😆 so I have quite a few belly stretch marks. If someone else here is also a Mom with a similar issue, it's really important for me to show that so you can have done realistic expectation for the results!
