It's been a week now the pain still same I still can't sit or laying on my sides ,and bruises oh god really serious it was all blue but now a bit fine depends on each body some might show up other might just little 🙃, I took all medicine actually it was hurt so to feel better I finished all 💊 normally just for 3 days supposed to take .I can see a different happy with that .Dr said fully recover is about 1 month I'm actually waiting for final results I'll keep u update, I tried to wear the tighten belt but really hurt because it's squeezed on my sides I do wear just for awhile and take off 😅 that's all for now.
