I just did the Ultra G Fat removal. The front was so unpleasant I was super over it. The back wasn't as bad. The doctor said there is a range of emotions to folks crying the whole time to folks sleeping. I didn't get the sleeping part until he did my back because I wanted to take a nap after all that trauma. It hurts then it is unpleasant because of the scraping of the fat. But once it is done you forget about it.

Since this is the first day I an just managing the drainage which isn't that bad. The most of it was when I left the clinic, I was immediately soaked but I had an appointment to go to. Because of my outfit I was fine being wet.

I ended up buying overnight pads and adult diapers. That was a game changer and didn't need to change the dressing as much as others. What I did was take three guaze, folks then in half and tape them down. Then I put the heavy duty maxipad on top and tape that down. Then I put on the diapers. It isn't noticeable. I did this because most of the fluid kept flowing to the crotch area and the guaze did not have good absorption. I have stayed pretty dry. I also have on some shorts, made to align my hips, as light compression.

Currently, I am not in pain but my crotch is itchy. Some fluid flowed there which made me look like I have a fupa.

I also took oral Tranexamic acid tablets 24 hours, 12 hours, and then 3 hours before. As well as drank a lot of water and electrolytes.

The areas I did were abs, sides, and lower back. The doctor seemed impressed with my muscles since I do lift. But with my hornmones changing, that midsection became a problem. I will post updates if anyone is interested.

Oh, btw, with the G fat ultra it is an ultrasound device he incerts to melt the fat before fie suction. He was able to get out 1100 cc and I got to see my liquid fat. Haha, my fat babies.
