Went to G clinic for Cool Sculpting on my upper arms about 1 month ago. The staff at the reception spoke very little English, the doctor shortly explained the procedure and proceeded with payment, followed by the procedure itself. The treatment itself is a little painful but not too bad. The machines attached have a very strong sucking power. After the procedure, I have some bruises from the machine. The doctor explained that the results will be visible after two weeks.

Now, about a month later, I do see some result, as clothes that used to be tight on the upper arm area seem to be a little looser now, although I personally do not think that the results are as drastic as - for example - liposuction would have been. Overall, I'm happy with the results, as well as the fact that the procedure wasn't invasive and I could pretty much immediately continue with my daily life without hindrance because of the Coolsculpting procedure.
