Hello! I'm so late with my next photo set, I'm at 2 weeks now but I'll be posting that soon. Unlucky for me, I caught a bad flu and have been sick 🤧 But I did lose more weight during that time. Updates: After 1 week, I felt completely normal. Even the soreness from the bruising was gone. Bruising was still a bit yellow, but I think no one would be able to tell! I could feel mild "crunchy" fat. Actually, I'm in that phase now. The fat becomes "crunchy" as you heal from the inside. Typically (in my experience) this might last up to 3 months. Don't worry! It won't affect your daily life. Maybe just feel weird? When it gets crunchy, you make experience puffiness in some spots. I'll show that in my next post! But I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Clearly there's a huge reduction of fat!
