Hi everyone! It’s me again hihi ! This morning I went to get a consultation at G clinic for armpit liposuction. It’s actually Olivia that suggested me to go get a consultation there since they have really good prices that fit in my budget. She is so nice and kind!! There was zero pressure and she told me that she could arrange other consultations if I didn’t like the place or the vibe. I felt no stress at all. Consultation: The clinic was really easy to find and the consultation was on the 7th floor. The lady at the reception spoke a little bit of english and It was more than enough for me to feel comfortable. I quickly met the in person. He’s the one that did my consultation. Normally you meet a consultant and after you have a short meeting with the doctor. It might be because it’s a smaller clinic, but I felt at ease. The doctor spoke english perfectly and the consultation was really quick. Like no joke, maybe 2 minutes. I knew what I wanted and I only wanted to know about the recovery and the duration of the operation. The doctor gave me quick and easy to understand answers. He was really welcoming and kind, I really liked him. After that, I signed a paper and we proceeded with the surgery. I was not thinking about doing something else than the consultation today, but everything seemed perfect. I only did 2 parts, so it was 550,000 KRW. They gave me a paper to later claim a tax refund of 10%, so the real total is 500,000KRW. Literally NO extra fees whatsoever. That’s really rare. Surgery: I changed into a gown and was asked to wear nipple pasties. I was then brought into a room to take pictures and do an ultrasound to see the fat vs the skin layer. After, we went to the surgery room. The twos nurses did not speak a lot of english, but they were giving me small direction and it was enough. They put a solution on all of my arms including the back of the shoulder to disinfect the area. The doctor came to the room and he started the procedure. It was pinching quite a lot. Not to burst into tears, but I could feel it. It’s probably because the area does not have a lot of fat, hence why it hurts more. The procedure took maybe around 15-20 minutes, it was really quick! The nurses then proceeded to wash me with a warm cloth and massaged the area quite hard ( it was not painful at all) to remove excess fluid. They then wrapped thick gauze over the incisions to prevent leakage. Right after surgery: Right after surgery, they give you a small bag with instructions and what to buy at the pharmacy. There is one on the first floor, but I went to one closer to my hotel. I felt no pain whatsoever after. No soreness at all and I went shopping. I included a picture of before and about 6 hours later. I feel like there is already a big difference!!! Can’t wait to see the final result, I am so excited!!!!! I feel like I look 15 pounds lighter. For reference, I am about 50-51kg ( lost weight while being in Korea hehe) and 163-165 cm, not so sure. Even at my lowest and highest weight, this area has never changed, there was always excess fat. My consultation was at 11 AM and I was out at 12 AM. It was super quick. But of course, it will depends on the area and the number of them. As always, I will post the final results after one week !!!
