Olivia has been incredibly helpful in setting up appointments and answering all my questions. From the initial queries to setting up consultation, you can be assured you’ll be in good hands. Consultation Day I met Dr. Hong for my consultation, and I was very happy that he is fluent in English. This made the discussion much smoother and gave me confidence, knowing that the doctor performing the procedure was the one guiding me through the consultation. Dr. Hong carefully pointed out the areas where Ultra G Fat could be performed. Since I wanted slimmer arms, he quickly assessed and explained that it would require four parts for the arms, with an additional two parts if I wanted to include the armpit area. I was concerned about scarring and swelling, but Dr. Hong reassured me that the incisions would be very small. He even drew the size of the hole on a paper and told me where the incisions would be. 2 holes at elbow for the arms and 2 under the armpit for the armpit area. He explained that swelling would gradually subside as the body heals, and the procedure itself would take about one hour. After confirming the timing of my appointment for the next day, I went home to rest, feeling confident and well prepared. This is actually my second time doing Ultra G Fat with Dr. Hong. The first time, he treated my abdomen, and the results were excellent. That’s why I decided to return to have other areas done.
