I think this is the cheapest I've seen for Motiva implants. It’s too bad that revision surgery is expensive in Korea—my heart is bleeding, lol. This is considered a no-touch breast augmentation as they use a Keller Funnel, which helps avoid implant contamination and reduces the chance of bacterial capsular contracture.

Anyway Here are some tips and info for someone who has had their BA twice:

1. Join the Bustmob group on Facebook for a supportive community.
2. Take time to read and watch YouTube videos about implant profiles, implant types, and implant placement.
3. Learn how to measure your breast width diameter (BWD). For example, if your BWD is 11 cm, the implant that fits you would be 10.5 - 11.5 cm, depending on your skin laxity and how safely 11.5 cm can fit. Ideally, if 11 cm is your BWD, an implant with an 11 cm diameter is perfect; anything beyond that will be a larger implant.
4. Collect reference photos so your doctor can see what you want to achieve. Conversations can get lost in translation, but photos provide a clear idea of your goals.
5. The pamphlet states that breast implants may not be lifetime devices, but ideally, they can be as it is medical grade silicone . There are reported (though NOT PROVEN) cases of breast implant illness. Manufacturers don’t dismiss these concerns. After the 10-year mark, it’s important to have regular mammograms or ultrasounds to check for ruptures. Additionally, keep in mind that your breasts can change over time due to pregnancy or aging.
6. The first BA recovery can be rough, tight, heavy but it should not be too painful—probably a max of 4 out of 10 on the pain scale. Mostly, it should be discomfort, not pain. Make sure to ask your doctor if they can provide muscle relaxers along with painkillers.
7. Volume differs based on individual anatomy, existing breast tissue, and frame. I thought anything over 400cc would be huge for me, but it’s just perfect for my frame.
8. The final result can be seen after 1 year. The breasts may appear high initially, especially if placed under the muscle, but don’t worry—they will drop. Just make sure you follow your post-op instructions religiously, as the doctor created the pocket.
9. Don't proceed with breast augmentation if you have doubts or are extremely scared. It’s a significant procedure, and it's crucial to be sure that you truly want to do it. It's normal to experience post-surgery depression or the blues, and initially, your breasts might not look as expected, which can exacerbate those feelings. If you’re unsure or fearful, you may end up resenting everyone who supported you, your plastic surgeon, and even yourself.

Last but not least, always keep in mind that your doctor is not a magician or fairy godmother. Your existing anatomy plays a big role in the final result, and there are limitations on what can be achieved.
