How I chose a clinic for my breast augmentation
Hey all!
I know that finding honest reviews is not easy so I decided to share my journey looking for a clinic for my breast augmentation in Seoul. First of all, I’ve thinking about breast augmentation for a long time. I visited around 7 clinics in Seoul (Nana, Eight, Girin, DA, etc) and I realized the options are incredibly overwhelming and there is no real way to verify the credibility of reviews and the skills of the surgeons working there. That is why I took my sweet time to choose where I’ll do the surgery. Also I felt like it’s a big decision. I thought about why I want the surgery a lot and I changed my mind about it a couple times.
After 4 weeks of research, I finally decided to go for it. I chose Grace Onyoung in Sinsa. This clinic was actually the sixth clinic I visited so when I scheduled a consultation I knew what to expect more or less. During the consultation, I was able to try on different sizes of implants of Motiva brand, just as anywhere else, and they did a 3D image of the sizes I selected. The doctor I talked to was extremely friendly and down to earth which was nice. He kinda won me over with his humane attitude. He seems to have a solid professional background as well. Nevertheless, I realized breast surgery is actually not a difficult surgery and it’s been performed by surgeons for a long time, so I’m hoping there won’t be any issues. The overall process of the consultation was smooth and clear, there were no price tricks or hidden fees. Everything was explained well by the staff. The staff was a little nervous because their English skills were limited (and my Korean skills too) but I understood everything perfectly in the end.
I didn’t take a lot of pictures sadly, because the process was so fast and I forgot.
