Grace Onyoung Review Promotion w/ V-line lifting Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with Grace Onyoung Clinic, especially since I found an amazing promotion. Originally, I went in for eyelid surgery, but when I saw the promotion for Vlifting, I thought, “Why not? Let’s go for it!” 😂 The promotion I took advantage of included liposuction and a thread lift, all for 990,000 KRW. Olivia, who helped me through the process, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions. I had to book the procedure with a 500,000 KRW deposit. Consultation & Surgery – Day 1 My appointment was at 4:00 PM, but I was running a bit late since it was my first time navigating Korea 😅. Thankfully, the clinic staff were very understanding. Some of them spoke English quite well, while others used Papago (a translation app – highly recommend downloading it!). During the consultation, Olivia asked me how I wanted my eyelids done, and I opted for non-incisional ptosis correction. She also explained how the lipo and thread lift would work. The threads they use are dissolvable (lasting 6 months to a year), which I researched beforehand and found to be ideal. Non-dissolving threads can lead to complications if you decide on a facelift later on. Olivia also guided me through the consent forms, which were in Korean, but she explained everything clearly. Dr. Choi then came in to double-check my preferences and offer his recommendations. The consultation with him was a bit brief but straightforward, which I didn’t mind since I was exhausted from hopping between clinics all day for my rhino consultation(10 AM to 4 PM!). Afterward, they took some pre-op photos, and I was taken to the surgery room. I changed, lay down, and they put me under general anesthesia. There were three people in the room, and although I was semi-conscious, I barely felt any pain. I also ask the Dr. to remove a scar on my forehead, which was the most uncomfortable part, but it was manageable. Dr. Choi checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Post-Surgery Once the surgery was done, they wrapped a bandage around my face and guided me to a recovery room to rest until the anesthesia wore off. They also gave me a cold compress for my chin. I noticed a bit of bruising but was surprised at how minimal the pain was. They provided me with a prescription, and picking it up was super convenient since the pharmacy was right next door.
