🗓 June 14, 2024 — The decision

“I visited around 7 clinics in Seoul (Nana, Eight, Girin, DA, etc)… and I realized the options are incredibly overwhelming and there is no real way to verify the credibility of reviews and the skills of the surgeons working there.”
“After 4 weeks of research, I finally decided to go for it. I chose Grace Onyoung in Sinsa.”
“The doctor I talked to was extremely friendly and down to earth… He kinda won me over with his humane attitude.”


🗓 June 24, 2024 — Surgery day! 🥳

“Hi all, I finally had my breast augmentation today! I’m writing now from my home and I feel great.”
“I felt a heat wave and my head started spinning… but Dr. Choi took care of me right away and brought me to lay down in a room and calm down. I felt very safe and taken care of.”
“I fell asleep like 5 seconds after being given the anesthesia 😃… I felt a lot of pressure and pain on my chest right after waking up… It got much much better but the initial pain was suprising 🙀”

🗓 July 2, 2024 — 1 week update

“The first night after surgery and the second day were hard because I couldn’t get much sleep and was soo tired.”
“On the 5th day I finally felt good enough to go for a longer walk.”
“Dr. Choi checked my incisions and took the bandaids off them. I also got my first scar treatment which included a laser treatment and a muscle relaxing treatment.”
“Basically I was back to normal life on day 5 after surgery and it’s a very positive experience for me so far ~”


🗓 July 10, 2024 — 2 weeks in

“My new breasts are starting to feel softer and I can lift my hands above my head without any problems.”
“I wear the post surgery bra religiously and basically take it off only when I shower or when washing it.”
“If you do the surgery, I recommend practicing sleeping on your back in advance… now sleep on my back regularly 🤣”

🗓 July 17, 2024 — 3 weeks post-op

“I’m currently 93 centimeters in top bust which should put somewhere around D size.”

🗓 September 27, 2024 — Month 3

“I am overall very happy with the results and can now do everything normally, even the gym.”
“Running felt a little uncomfortable at first but I am slowly getting used to it.”
“I can sleep on side and sometimes on my stomach too… I think anything is fine as long as you're comfortable.”
“My scars are still red… so they can’t do laser now, but I’m applying silicone sheets and sometimes massage the scars with Vaseline.”

🗓 December 19, 2024 — 6 months & final thoughts
