How fast can I go back to work after double eyelid surgery & rhinoplasty? – Marble Plastic Surgery
How fast can I go back to work after my double eyelid surgery and
rhinoplasty if I do it together? Should I do my double eyelid surgery and
rhinoplasty together or separately? Some may want to do their double eyelid
surgery and rhinoplasty separately, but some may choose to do it all together
at once, and we would say why not?! Doing both procedures at once is more
common than you may think!
Like this model below, she also did multiple surgeries here at Marble Plastic Surgery! She was concerned with her uneven eyes and also wanted her eyes to appear bigger, and wanted a nose with refined tip with a touch of femininity!
Before
double eyelid surgery & rhinoplasty
The surgical plan for her provided by Marble’s surgeons:
Natural adhesion double eyelid surgery
Epicanthoplasty
Lateral canthoplasty
Lower canthoplasty
Augmentation rhinoplasty (bridge & tip)
Humpectomy
Lateral osteotomy
Alar reduction
It sounds like it’s a lot, but trust us, it’s not!
Day
7 post-op [Left: Before stitch removal, Right: After stich removal]
Minimal swelling observed. Although we do see some swelling left, and yellow bruises here and there, she can easily cover them with makeup! Don’t sleep on your cold and warm compress! They really do help to aid your healing 😊 If you have an office job, you can return to your desk after cast removal without a problem!
3
weeks post-op!
Swelling has gone down a lot more, and she can now wear her makeup
freely! Also, look at how much she’s changed! Her eyes look brighter and awake,
and the feminine nose line suits her facial harmony really well! The swelling doesn’t
even look that bad, considering she’s only 3 weeks post-op! Her daily routines
are almost back to normal with the exception of pilates class! You would have
to wait until at least 1 month post-op to go back to exercising!
Now let’s see how her double eyelid surgery & rhinoplasty results are after few months!
Defined & wider eyes with double eyelid surgery and
canthoplasty, and refined & feminine nose through rhinoplasty❤️ Her
swelling was kept to a minimum, but to be honest, swelling does vary between
patients and it is difficult to predict. But one thing we know for sure is that
they will eventually recede and if you follow the post-op care well, they will
help you to speed up your healing process! One advantage of doing it all together
we know for sure, you just have to go through the waiting game of deswelling
once! The swelling may not be as bad as you think!
