A case of male humpectomy rhinoplasty – Marble Plastic Surgery
Hi TALKers! Marble Plastic Surgery is back with another topic of rhinoplasty! This time, it is about male rhinoplasty! When you search for rhinoplasty before and after photos, mostly the results for rhinoplasty before and after photos are before and after photos of women, so we’ve decided to bring up the topic of male rhinoplasty for you!
This
patient had a severe case of prominent bump on the nose bridge and a droopy
nose tip that made him insecure with his side profile. After careful consideration,
the decision was made to get a rhinoplasty!
After
consulting at Marble and have the surgeon assess him in person, the surgery
plan for him were
Tip-plasty
+ humpectomy + lateral osteotomy
Silicone implant was not needed for his case! Tip-plasty, using septum cartilage and ear cartilage, was performed together with humpectomy and lateral osteotomy for a smoother, straighter nose!
Swollen nose & cheeks after rhinoplasty

Straighter
nose, while still keeping the masculine look!
The
most common concern of a male patient would be having the nose looking too
feminine, but our experienced plastic surgeons know that it’s not one nose fits
all!
Each
nose is personalized to the wants and needs of the patient, while also
considering the anatomical structure of each individual!
Now
let’s see how the nose has settled after a few months!
A picture is worth a thousand words so here are some photo dump 🤪
