Underarm b*tox injections
It gets really hot in summer in South Korea, so sweating becomes a big problem for me. While I don't have issues with strong odors or excessive sweating, it still bothers me a lot. That's why I decided to undergo underarm b*tox injections to reduce sweating.
After researching online, I found some pros and cons of this treatment:
Pros:
- It is highly effective and can reduce excessive sweating by more than 80%.
- It is a non-invasive procedure, preferred over surgical treatments due to fewer risks and a short recovery time.
- The treatment can be completed within 10-15 minutes.
- It has been approved by major trusted sources like the FDA and IHHS.
Cons (possible side effects):
- Skin hives
- Difficulty in swallowing
- Difficulty in breathing
- Difficulty in speaking
- Dizziness
- Loss of bladder control
- Vision problems
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Dry mouth
- Burning pain in underarms
Fortunately, I didn't experience any specific side effects after the procedure. However, I can say that it was quite painful, although less so than getting injections in the lips. Nevertheless, it did cause some discomfort. Almost immediately after the treatment (the next day), I noticed a significant reduction in sweating. In my opinion, this could be an excellent solution for foreigners dealing with such hot weather.
