Recommends for under eye treatment

I recently got the corona and then lost weight, and got older, so I can feel my aging day by day.
The tear grooves are deep, almost the size of the eyes, and it feels puffy and puffy. The entire face, including under the eyes, isn't flat..
I don't like fillers, so I'm not considering fillers.
Is there any improvement treatment that can last long? I don't know much about plastic surgery. If you know, let me recommend some.
