I wanted to tell you what’s going on with me and Mine Plastic Surgery. It’s better I tell chronologically so people know.

23/11/2022

I was interested in plastic surgery with Mine Plastic Surgery. So I communicate with them through Whatsapp. The consultant gave me the price list and offer for the whole surgery.

25/11/2022 

Deposit 1 million was asked. So, I paid 1,000,000 KRW to Lee Sung Wook account.

28/11/2022

I arrived in Korea. Consultation was done in the clinic. All the surgery was confirmed. The consultant gave me the price breakdown and surgery cost. The consultant asked me to pay for the surgery in advance so there are no any disruptions.

The cost breakdown is as follows :

They give me a two-day breakdown for some surgeries since they can’t perform all the surgeries and it’s risky.The total surgery cost is 24 ,770,000 KRW.. I paid 1 million as deposit, so minus that one I only had to pay 23,770,000 KRW. Apart from this, I paid 750,000 KRW for the whitening injection cost. Since its dermatology department, it's different.

- 01/12/2022 - I will have Rhinoplasty + Rib Cartilage, Facial Contouring, Sub Brow Lift, Mini Lifting.

- 21/12/2022 - I will have Forehead lift, Fat Graft (Forehead + Upper Eyes + Under eyes), Vlimming, Buccal Fat.

This is what was originally planned. But since the eye surgery failed, they have been covered with canthoplasty and brow bone reduction surgery. I raised a concern so they decided to make an alternative and my new surgery schedule follows :

- 01/12/2022 - Rhinoplasty + Rib Cartilage, Facial Contouring, Sub Brow Lift, Mini Lifting.

- 14/12/2022 - Brow bone reduction, Canthoplasty

- 21/12/2022 - Forehead lift, Fat Graft (Forehead + Upper Eyes + Under eyes), Vlimming, Buccal Fat.

I thought I could pay a day before and I thought it was fast. But since its an international transaction, it takes 3-5 business days to send a big amount of money and my bank in Australia needs verification of the recipient's passport and details, so it's not a scam. Australian banks are very protected and secured. But if I send a small amount of money, it will be received in 3 minutes. So, since it’s the last minute, I have to send 23 times of 1,000,000 and once 770,000 krw. The total cost is 23,770,000 KRW. Finally, all the money was paid on 31/12/2022. Please find the screenshot of my payment.

Since I already had brow bone reduction,  there is no point in performing a forehead fat graft. It's just an alternate way. Brow bone reduction is a risky surgery due to the nervous system. So many people prefer to have a forehead graft as an alternative. But since I had already done brow bone reduction, I cancelled my forehead graft surgery. So I asked for a refund for the forehead surgery only. But Katie, the manager, came with a paper and said if you want the balance money you have to sign it. I was like, why I need to sign a paper when I just asked for my own money refund ? I just overpaid for the surgery and changed my mind and requested a refund for that surgery only. But they came up with a settlement agreement. I was super shocked.

Actually, I said to Katie that I'm not comfortable signing the paper. But she comforted me and influenced me to sign it. She forced me. She said if you want a refund for this surgery, you must sign. If you do not sign, we will not refund the money.  Before I signed the paper, I asked Katie what this agreement was for ? She said this is not to ask money back for the forehead graft surgery again. I ask what if the other surgeries ? She said this settlement is only for forehead graft surgery "only". After she confirmed, I only signed.  So they paid me 1,700,000 (2,000,000 x 85% discount which was offered), so they paid me 1,700,00 KRW.

 How come I paid 30 million krw and only refunded 1.7krw ? Don't you think it doesn't make any sense ? She said this is a settlement agreement for forehead graft surgery only. I don't have any obligation to anything related to a contract. They just refunded me the surgery I didn't wish to do. That's all . There is no refund agreement and I did not sign any contract regarding any contract. Now what happened is the hospital did fraudulent criminal activity by duplicating the letter and saying it was a contract. How I know the hospital might use photoshopping and use my signature and paste in another form?  Before I signed, I asked Katie. She told me that this is for forehead fat graft surgery only. Not for other surgery. The hospital did that criminal offense by forcing me to sign papers with different terms and conditions that were promised verbally, but actually they are different terms and conditions on the paper. This is a criminal offense. What she said is different and the paper is different. It was a fraudulent activity. I just overpaid for my surgery and I just asked for a refund but the hospital did the criminal fraud activity by making use of my signature for their own benefit.

 They did a fraudulent activity and criminal offense by misusing my signature. The hospital harassed me and bullied me and discriminated against me. And forced me to sign the papers if I wanted to get a refund for the forehead fat graft. Why should I sign a paper when I just get my overpaid money? They  promised differently by verbally that it was just for forehead graft, but actually they lied and misled me about the terms and conditions that they promised me by making me sign the paper for different terms and conditions. I have the proofs.

They said they would settle with me by going to an insurance company. But now they are threatening me by hiring a lawyer in Australia and they are asking for money and compensation from me. They said the clinic is lost and damaged from my reviews. But what about me ? Do they think I don't have a loss ?  I lost my money, my time, my reputation, myself. I face a lot of embarrassment because of this failed surgery. Do you think I don't have any of those you mentioned ? 

First of all, this is between me and the clinic. All my personal details remained private with the clinic. But this clinic disclosed my personal information to the third party company without seeking my permission and authorization. This is a breach. The clinic did fraudulent signature activity on different promises. You harass me by sending emails and sending emails without my permission. Who gives them the right to disclose my personal information to their lawyer ? Now the lawyer is sending me emails and mails to my house and harassing me. Send me mail and emails? Do I know them ? This between me and the clinic ? I don't know the lawyer  and the clinic are not allowed to disclose my personal information to other parties. This is private and confidential. The lawyer company sent me a couple of thick letters to my home and harassed me . I lost peace because of this. I'm having more mental health, stress, and mentally disturbed because of this harassment and disclosing my personal information like my name, mobile number, personal home address, email and so on.

The clinic gave totally false information to the lawyer saying I signed the contract and they did fraudulent activity by duplicating the refund agreement. A lot of people post their bad experiences at this clinic. Many bad and worst surgeries. So I posted my experience. And they just refund me the surgery I don't wish to do because it's my right. I have my own freedom to take or remove the surgery I wish to. She comes up with a form saying that after this, do not post any surgery information. I asked if this was for forehead graft surgery. She said yes. So if you see my reviews and online posts, I did not disclose any forehead graft surgery at all. I only posted other surgeries . Because I only signed the letter for forehead graft surgery. I didn't sign any contract or settlement agreement for other surgeries.  That's all. One thing I don't understand. How come they say it's a compensation or refund agreement when they have to refund my OWN money back ?? It's like you bought a headset from the electronics shop, and you still haven't opened it. It's brand new and inside the box. After a few days, you changed your mind and returned the item to the shop as brand new. You attached the receipt and they provided a refund back. So how can this be a contract, or settlement agreement ? This does not make any sense. They are lying. So the same goes for me. I paid for forehead graft surgery together with other surgery. I have not done the surgery yet. They haven't done anything to my skin or my forehead yet. It's still new. Before the surgery, I changed my mind and didn't want to perform the surgery. I request a refund for the amount I paid for forehead grafting. So they came with a paper and asked me to sign it and said don't post anything related to this surgery only. So I ask, is this for forehead graft surgery? She said yes, then i agreed and signed. That's all that happened. I was already informed prior to the surgery. and yeah, as i signed it, I didn't post anything related to the forehead rafting. But it doesn't mean I agreed for all the surgery.

Now the clinic, on behalf of the lawyer, asked apologize to delete all my reviews in allaboutmei, and asked me to compensate them, and ask me to apologize in their format. And they give me a deadline and their emails are so threatening and harassing. Please find the attachment below :-

Previously, they lied to the public saying that they were already going with an insurance company and followed up, but I'm the one who replied to me. They lied to crowd talks that I'm being silent and not replying. But actually they are the ones who don't bother, remaining silent and not giving me anything important. This is proof that they didn't reply to me after they said they would follow up with the insurance. They have already lied before and now another lied regarding misusing my signature for the contract purpose and locking me in for their benefit.

I just want to tell people what happened. And how they twist and turn with different terms and conditions. And how criminal minded this clinic is. How could these people  go low and do fraudulent activity ? Also, I have the right to post my good or bad experiences .They can't force me. I'm the consumer. I have all the rights to post because I paid for the service. To people who going to do surgeries with them , I don’t want to tell anything. It’s your choice. I just told you what happened based on my experience . I have just been discriminated against , bullied, harassed and treated so badly by this clinic. The reason why I’m posting this not to influence anyone, but I just want people to not to go through the same thing as I went through with this clinic. Especially foreigners. I just want to save thousands of people and their millions of money before they choose the wrong clinic and regret it later. I just expressed my experience. This is my personal opinion. Please do a lot a lot a lot a lot  of research when spending thousands of dollars of money. It's all of your sweat and hardworking money that you earned all all years, struggling and suffering in your life. And please don't rush into things like me. Plan at least 6 months to 1 year first before coming to Korea and doing the surgery. There are many good, skilled, experienced doctors in Seoul, Korea. There are a lot of 1000 plastic surgeons across Seoul. Seoul is the capital of Plastic surgery. You can see it everywhere. So there is no way you can find the wrong one as i did. Please find the right one and you feel a safe and comfortable one. I was so stupid, not knowledgeable and chose the wrong one and now I’m regretting it.
