Hair salon?
Anyone knows a hair salon where can talk in English in Seoul?
I want to get my hair cut and permed on my trip but I'm afraid they won't speak English.
It's not common to communicate in English, right?
How much shoud I expect too? My hair comes down to my shoulders.
