This is Shinwoo Kang who is a manager of All about MEI.

We would like to apologize and inform you about the previous management on CrowdTALKS.

There are probably some of you who already know the posts of a CrowdTALKS user (nickname 'iamvick'). The TALKer wrote 9 reviews for a plastic surgery clinic on May 7, 2023. Regarding that reviews, on May 11, 2023, based on the clinic's protest, we took action to hide the posts for 'suspicion of manipulation' and 'violation of the medical law'.

First of all, by hiding the posts of the user (nickname 'iamvick'), the TALKer's freedom of expression and copyright were restricted. We think this will cause a great sense of loss to the TALKer. We would like to sincerely apologize for any doubts he may have received because of the decision and his sense of loss.

Secondly, contrary to our previous promises to our TALKers, we apologize for the fact that we arbitrarily took action to hide TALKS posts. we are reflecting on the fact that we have taken away the opportunity to make the right decision by hiding the basis of my judgment in Crowd TALKS, where everyone can freely express their opinions and judge and make the right decision.

Lastly, we would like to apologize to the clinics who love All about MEI platform. Against the clinic's efforts to listen to each and every customer's opinion and provide help, we have not been able to create a space where we can communicate by hiding the opinions of our precious customers.

We acknowledged that the action was a wrong decision. Therefore, we decided to reopen all 9 posts of the TALKer (nickname 'iamvick') as of May 26, 2023. And regarding the community operation for this measure, All about MEI's own punishment (Salary Reduction for April 2023) will be received meekly.

We promise that there will be no preemptive action on any content in the future, and that we will provide opportunities for the crowd to see and understand the content. We hope this will lead to a healthy community.

CrowdTALKS is a space where you can freely express your thoughts and opinions. All about MEI will keep its promise to communicate with you based on transparency. Due to the previous measures, I, Shinwoo Kang and All about MEI will reconsider the meaning of crowd and sincerely apologize to those who may have been hurt by the measure.
