Is there anyone who had a rhinoplasty?

I’m coming up with a question about rhinoplasty. My nose generally doesn’t have a bad shape, but the bridge is quite wide and I would like to make it more defined. The question that I’m coming with is, how did you guys go through with the healing process? Was it very tough journey? I dream about having a straight nose.
It might sounds stupid, but I promised myself that I’ll get a nose surgery after I lose weightㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
