Hello, thought I share really quick about my facial contour and dental implants experience at The Face Dental Clinic. I traveled to Korea by myself for this life changing event. Through Allaboutmei services I had online consultation with Emma before flying, during quarantine, and prior going to TFD clinic.  Emma was quick to response to my needs and concerns, she coordinated and communicated with Dr. Lee. Emma  and Shinwoo are both are very understand, response promptly, and efficient in their work. Emma provided transparent information and this made me extremely happy and at eased. (dental implant and fc treatment, recommend what I should have to prepare for jaw surgery). Because how transparent the information was provided to me, I was already very interested and excited to meet Dr. Lee.

When I arrived at the clinic Shinwoo was already at the clinic waiting for me. Walking into Dr. Lee’s office the clinic is very clean, the staffs were polite and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic’s manager is friendly, kind, informative and approachable(we discussed about treatment options and pricing). Shinwoo was very helpful (aka his role Google Translate App and VIP Uber upon request) =oD After meeting Dr. Lee in person and discussing my treatment plan I was eager and couldn’t wait to get started. I’m so thankful and truly appreciate for Allaboutmei services because Shinwoo and Emma organized my agenda, I didn’t have to stress about anything. 

My overall experience was quite impressive and positive! The clinic staffs are very professional, friendly, attentive, efficient, and kind. The dental hygienists is professional, detail-oriented, compassionate and have strong interpersonal skills(she worked closely along with Dr.Lee and made sure I’m satisfy with how she shapes my crowns)Overall, you’ll be in great hands, every staff did whatever it took to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Lee is professional, patient, humble, nurturing, a wonderful oral and maxillofacial surgeon. If you need dental implants and fc treatments I strongly recommend set up a meeting with Dr. Lee and meet his wonderful team. Dr. Lee speaks fluent English and we communicated through FB regularly.  =)

I’m still swollen(zygoma stitches removed, barely can see any scaring)  and my chin is numb(vline)but I am very satisfy and happy with the results. Good luck to anyone that’s also going to be rolling on the same path as I did!  (I get nothing from doing this review, I simply just want to share my experience because I too was roaming around desperately looking whatever information I can find to help me understand help me prepare for this big surgery)

JAW/FC SURGERY DAY: December 30^th, 2020

I STAYED ONE NIGHT(Shinwoo provided pickup/drop off, stayed with me until I entered OR). Clinic nurse went and picked up my meds(crushed so easy for me to take). Overnight nurse were so genuine and kind, me and checked on me regularly. =)
