Hello yesterday i got my stiches removed and saw the doctor again.
He watched my arms and side of the back aswell.
He said it looks really good even it is still very swollen.
They get more skinny step for step.
And i wear my compression clothes.
It feels much more comfortable after the stiches got removed and i can go shower normally like before (they put tape on it)

For the ones who wanted to know about the after treatment i get it 3 times with orange light and massage.

I lost already 1.5kg in this one week and try to get more down. Kk
