Thanks to the help of MTO Shinwoo, I was able to make a day-of appt at Mine. First of all, the employees were all so beautiful! Good sign, right? They had an in house translator, and Shinwoo was there to help me as well.
I met with two doctors, one for eye and one for nose. Both of them seemed busy and came straight from surgeries. Despite that, they both took their time to thoroughly communicate with me. Visual learners will appreciate them because they both drew things out while explaining things, and took pictures of my face and drew on top of them. It was very detailed and helpful. They both patiently made sure that all my questions were answered, and wanted to hear about my preferences and opinions too.
Ultimately I did decide on another clinic because it seemed like the majority of Mine’s reviews were of other surgery types (breast, chin). If those are the surgeries you want, I highly recommend Mine. They are very English-friendly and accommodating to foreigners (which not all clinics are).
