Hello again beautiful people out there!... as i promised i made an update about my rhinoplasty journey. As of now March 10, 2022 im on my 2 weeks-op recovery (i insert some photos), as you can see i still have little bruising. The surgery went right its just that we have different body types, genes and coping to different situations. I make my research because i want to give awareness to other people who consider having a nose job(particular rhinoplasty augmentation)
Q: why other people bruising last longer?
A:Easy or frequent bruising could be the result of low or abnormal blood platelets or blood-clotting problems. This could be due to an underlying condition. It could also be a side effect of medication. For example, anticoagulants, antiplatelets, and aspirin interfere with blood clotting.

Well my opinion to this is, because maybe i have anemia but not actually serious.also i take blood thinning supplements before.

A:Silicone nasal augmentation is a safe and effective procedure when used for moderate increases in nasal height. Contrary to previous reports, this series showed no associated infection. If the implant is shaped appropriately to the patient's nasal phenotype, the risk of extrusion may be reduced.

Q:How long the recovery from rhinoplasty?
A:In most patients, it takes roughly 6 weeks for the bones in your nose to heal following surgery. During this time, you should avoid strenuous exercise. Even movements that seem harmless like stretching, lifting, or bending over can increase nasal swelling.
Well since we have different body types and structure it really depends, me myself i always take rest, eat healthy, drink medicine on time and drink pineapple for fast recovery. But still there is a little bruising and swelling.
