I’m think about my nose job in Korea. My main concern is my nose is big and wide. As I searched, I should do hump reduction, osteotomy job with bulbous nose correction together. But most of clinics recommend make higher nose bridge and tip together but I’m not sure about it… Also it sounds a bit scary to cut my nose bone too….. What do you think about the osteotomy? Is it safe? Surgical way is better than fillers, isn’t it? Anyone have same worries like me? I’m sorry for these many questions 😭
