I had an excellent experience with MI & MI Clinic for my mole removal. Just a short walk from Gangnam station it is convenient to get to and find.

My appointment was on July 13, 2024. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Foreigners are welcomed here and communication was a breeze with the English speaking staff. Once I arrived I did not have to wait long in the lounge.

The skin care analysis consultation before my treatment was especially helpful for deciding on additional skincare treatments I should consider. The fluent English speaking staff made everything easy to understand and answered any questions I had about recommended treatments. I didn’t feel rushed at all and appreciated the individual time they took for the consultation.

The laser mole removal was simple and efficient. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my procedure. Even when I winced a bit during the laser removal (as I am sensitive to discomfort) the doctor asked if I was alright.

Post-mole removal they gave me detailed instructions on post-care and a patch to cover up the treated area. The staff did let me know that it takes multiple treatments to completely get rid of the mole since the root of the mole is there. I had already gotten the mole removed once at a different dermatology clinic and came to MI & MI Clinic to get the second round of mole removal to make it fade more. The price was very reasonable and affordable.

The area where my mole was has lightened quite a bit and has recovered well even after the first week. Overall I am very pleased with the results and would definitely come back.
