My consultation Experience at NANA
I recently flew to Korea to get multiple consultations done to compare the doctors techniques and to see how the staff treated guests. After all you only have one face for the rest of your life. I'm an American and don't speak any Korean. I arrived to NANA early and was told that the doctor would be 1.5 hours late. I can see that the clinic was extremely busy by the amount of people running around. The clinic has multiple floors where they serve different purposes from skin care to rhinoplasty and more. They even have a coffee shop in the building. I decided to wait and order a drink at the coffee shop since the doctor was running late. Fast forward and I was called in to get a consultation, where I had to wait another 35minutes unattended. I was greeted with an interpreter and she talked to me about the procedures that I was looking to get. Her English is very good and there was no lack of communication at NANA. However when the doctor arrived I felt like it was rushed. Usually at big clinics or hospitals like NANA, I'd get consulted by several different doctors, each specializing in a different niche. For example when I went to Braun, they had a doctor for rhinoplasty, a different one for liposuction, and a different one for face contour. At NANA I had the same doctor who was by then 2 hours late give me a consultation about the 6 procedures I asked for. The price wasn't great either. It wasn't super high but higher than the other clinics all while making me feel like I'm rushed. So I decided to not go here for my procedures.
