I visited Yonsei Reum Clinic for arm contouring (Onda Lifting 120kJ paired with fat contouring injections), and the overall experience was very smooth and thorough.

* Detailed Explanation: The doctor took the time to explain the entire process in detail, including how combining Onda Lifting with the fat-contouring injections works together—Onda targets deep fat cells and tightens the skin via collagen stimulation, while the injections work alongside it to break down stubborn fat.
* Onda Treatment Comfort: Having done Onda on my face before, I remember feeling a teeny bit of discomfort along my jawline. When I asked the doctor about this, she kindly explained that the jaw area has a lot more nerves, making it naturally more sensitive. In comparison, the arm Onda was amazingly comfortable throughout—the Coolwaves™ technology kept the skin surface cold so it never hurt, followed by a gentle, deep warmth afterward.
* Fat Contouring Injections: The needle looked quite long and intimidating at first, but because it was extremely thin, the process was completely painless. The doctor was very skilled, patient, and precise.

* Bruising: It’s now Day 6, and while the bruising hasn’t fully cleared up just yet, it’s coming along as expected.
