I went in asking for “one laser” and apparently that’s not a skin diagnosis 😂
Had a consultation at Yonsei Reum today because I’ve been calling every brown or red mark on my face “pigmentation” for years.
Before meeting the doctor, they took several photos with a skin analysis machine. I expected it to be a quick scan, but they checked my skin quite carefully from different angles before the consultation started.
The doctor then went through the images with me and gave me a mirror so I could point to the exact areas that actually bothered me.
That sounds very simple, but it made me realise I was treating my whole face like one problem when I’m really only concerned about two areas.
I went in expecting to choose one laser and be done. Instead, I left with notes and a question about how much downtime I can realistically fit into the last few days of my Seoul trip.
I haven’t booked the treatment yet. I told myself I would decide after dinner instead of making another holiday decision while hungry 😂
Has anyone done pigmentation treatment near the end of a trip? Did you leave yourself a full recovery day?
