It has been a few days since I had my online consultation with Ruby! This is how it went.

Usually I am nervous when it comes to consultation however since I had previous experience last year with Ruby, I knew what to expect from them. Knowledgeable, informative, and friendly service.

I was sent a zoom link from Olivia the day before to join the meeting. And Olivia made sure everything went smooth by checking in with Ruby and confirming consultation.

The day of the consultation as soon as I joined the meeting I was immediately greeted and we went right into what I wanted and answering my questions.
She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. She gave me realistic expectations of results of the breast augmentation such as size, incision, implant, recovery etc.

After speaking with her, I spoke with the doctor and he also clarified expectations of the surgery. The doctor always is very inviting, and radiates such friendliness which makes you feel at ease. I was surprised he remembered me and said that I became prettier. Very personable and genuine.

Although it was a quick consultation my experience went very well. Finished the consultation very impressed and grateful. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Ruby, not only from this experience but my previous. They are consistent and strive for best patient care.
