Hi, i did the surgery last month. I chose Ruby after looking at before and after photos on their website and on other sns. I had my consultation at 1pm and surgery appointment at 2pm. The actual surgery took place at 3:30pm. I started fasting at 5am and Rainbow was kind enough to offer me a vitamin infusion while I waited for surgery. I was told that the surgery took about 90 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience at Ruby! Everyone was so nice and attentive. I felt that I had a very personal experience and didn't feel like anyone was rushing, but also that everything was done efficiently. I paid the promo price of 990k KRW and around 40k KRW for medicines. I appreciate that no one tried to upsell me anything which made me feel comfortable! Rainbow, the translator, spoke English fluently and felt like a friend the whole time! She made sure i was taken care of and explained everything well I’ll definitely come back to Ruby next time i want something done
