Hi everyone! It’s been a month since surgery so I wanted to do a quick update. I love my eyes so far! They look natural and fairly symmetrical. My left eye is still a little bit more swollen compared to the other eye but I think that’s because that eye had more work that needed to be done (more ptosis & eyelid space). I can still see the suture line on both eyelids when I close my eyes and can feel little bumps. The inner corners of my eyes are still red too from the epicanthoplasty. I patiently waiting and praying that I have no scars. My nose looks pretty much the same as before the surgery! No one can tell the difference unless they look at my profile. My nostrils/alar have some asymmetry but I am hoping that it’s just residual swelling. Like my eyes, I am hoping that the incision line on my columella does not scar either. There’s hyperpigmentation and some notches on the top inner nostrils. I will see if it goes away over time. Overall my results are so natural that none of my friends noticed anything. Makes me feel like I shouldn’t have been so conservative haha!
