Just thought I share my experience. I consulted Ruby on 6/12/23. I didn’t have the best first impression of the clinic and it was a waste of time. I only consulted with the consultant and they had an in house English translator but she wasn’t there the entire time. I waited 2hrs and didn’t get to consult with the doctor. They said he was stuck in surgery. The consultant provided me a pricing on a sticky note but didn’t actually give me the sticky note with the pricing on it and kept asking what my budget was. I didn’t provide them a budget and brought up the free surgery promo as that is what I was specifically there for lipo of the abdomen and thigh. I also inquired about facial lipo, fat graft, and lifting procedures. They couldn’t just give me an answer and said that doctor will have to see first. Since I wasn’t able to consult with the doctor they asked if I wanted to go ahead and take pictures and they will show it to the doctor to determine if the free surgery promo is possible or not after he is done with surgery. While waiting I looked through their book of before/after of lipo and honestly they were not dramatic enough so I shouldn’t have but consented to the picture. I feel violated in a sense since they saw and now have record of my much needed lipo body 🫣😩. However, they never got back to me but Olivia was kind enough to follow up with me and reached out to the clinic today for an answer. They said that they didn’t see any activity from me on the platform so they couldn’t offer the free surgery promo. Wished they would’ve just said that from the beginning during the consult so that I could save myself from having my pictures being taken, my time and their time. So for anyone who is interested make sure you are active on here other wise expect to pay for surgery or consult other clinics.
