Hi. It’s been over 4 weeks since my surgeries. I am still wearing the chin strap for 12 hours a day. I have returned to work fully with no restrictions. My neck still feels tight when turning and looking up, so when making turns while driving I have to turn my body a little more than before. I can see my neck and chin again, so I am happy with that. I still have a lump under the right side of my chin that won’t reduce with the strap or massage with fingers or my roller. I may go to a local doctor to see if it can be drained or b*toxed if it is the salivary gland. I also still have a 2cm sac behind one ear that fills with saliva after eating, so I need to hold it down while eating or push it clear afterwards. It is getting smaller daily, so I hope it goes away by next month. The raised area along my jawline where the threads are, hopefully will go away after the threads dissolve in 2 months. My eyelid scars are still healing. I am using a silicone scar gel with vitamins to help. I think I have one small piece of fat that repositioned back under my right eye, so I’ve been pushing it down and to the side. The feeling is slowly coming back to my ears, chin, and neck. I had to take a pain pill once when I felt some discomfort. Overall I am happy I got the surgeries done. I think I can remove more buccal fat next year.😅
