I’m sorry for my English in advance but I’ll try my best!

My experience at shinsang was really really good. I went to two other clinics before I chose shinsang. But my feelings wasn’t quit right after the other clinics. The people at shinsang were so nice. The doctor was fluent in English and was very nice and explained all the steps he’ll do in the surgery. Two woman (translator and the one at floor 1) treated me so warmly and I felt very safe and understood. They are very interested in your human being and don’t give you a feeling of a number or product if you know what I mean. Overall I knew at this time, that I want everything done at shinsang. I wanted my surgery as fast as possible. So they rescheduled their appointments to fulfill my wish and I got a appointment immediately for the other day. So nice.

Consultation day:
- very good explaining and absolutely no rush
- If you agree with the surgery you have to sign a lot of papers, so take some time if you go there
- A very kind person talks with you

Surgery day:

- you get your clothes on and clean your face
- You will be led to another room, the surgery room and get your anesthesia
- You’ll wake up with a mask that you have to buy at shinsang (30.000KW)
- My recommendation: don’t take the subway/bus afterwards. I took a taxi. (They called one for me)
- After the anesthesia you’ll feel a little bit dizzy and weak
- You’ll get some medication/pain killers (she goes with you to a pharmacy!)

Recovery time:

- you need to use the face mask for a whole month for good results! For the first week it was uncomfortable to sleep with it. The breathing is a little bit annoying cause the mask tights up your neck.
- For 1 week I could only eat soft or soupy things, couldn’t open my mouth properly
- My face was very swollen, you have to use a warmth pack regularly
- Had some bruises on my neck/under my eyes and in the eyes (lipo eye surgery)
- Pain level was like a 4 all the time, but it hurts more at night and in the morning. I needed all the pain killers and went to the clinic again to get some more
- After 1 week the swelling goes down day by day

Stich removing/Check-up with doctor/Treatment:

- The removing wasn’t painful at all
- Had 5 light laser therapy in total (to help by reducing the swelling)
- Got 2 swelling shots/injections to help the healing process
- Everytime you go there they will take photos of you
- You’ll need/can buy a scar cream (50.000KW)
- My scars are still visible but the surgery been just a month so totally normal. I have some acne and acne scars (photo) on my chin but you can’t help it cause it’s soooo warm and humid in Korea and the masks clocks some pores and you will sweat a lot.

Location:
- it’s directly in front of the subway station so easy to get there.
- Cool Atmosphere and interior!

I would say that you will see the results immediately. But you have to be very strict with the mask so the skin and muscle don’t loose their tightness. First I had my thoughts to be honest. There is no much difference if you look from the front. I mean yeah, the fat is gone but I mean the width of the face (here fore you need bone surgery). The buccal removal is visible tho. (Photo) But from the side there’s a huge different, the lines are defined and no double chin fat anymore.

I’m very happy about the doctor’s recommendation to do the under eye lit fat removal as well. You see the difference on the pictures!

So overall I’m very satisfied with the surgery, the working people/doctor and the treatment after surgery. I’m happy and you see and feel that they are happy if you are. I would definitely come back to shinsang if I want something else done.
