Would facial fat grafting help my face?
I’m 45, and lately my face looks flatter and more tired, especially under my eyes, through the front cheeks, and around my smile lines.
I have some under-eye hollowness, but there is also slight sagging, so I’m worried that adding fat could make the area look heavier or puffy instead of fresher.
My main goal is to restore a little volume to the front cheeks, smooth the under-eye-to-cheek transition, and soften the smile lines without looking overfilled.
Has anyone in their 40s had facial fat grafting for similar concerns? Did cheek fat grafting improve your under-eyes and smile lines, or did you need a different procedure for the sagging?
