The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, which made a big difference, especially since they provided a translator who helped immensely in communicating with Dr. Lee. Before the surgery, they were thorough in explaining the procedure and the risks involved. I signed all the necessary documents with a clear understanding of what to expect. The consultation was straightforward. I shared my hopes for my eyelids and nose, specifying what I did and didn’t want. Dr. Lee was responsive and provided straightforward feedback. Interestingly, I didn’t need a CT scan, which I thought simplified the process. Right after our chat, I was prepped and taken into the surgery room. Waking up in the recovery room was a bit disorienting, but the translator was right there to assist with everything, including getting my prescriptions. I then headed back to my hotel to rest. For follow-up, I returned to the clinic three times. The second visit involved removing the cotton from my nostrils and a quick 15-minute red light therapy session. My third visit was for removing stitches from my eyelids and another round of red light therapy. The last visit was to take off the splint on my nose, accompanied by the final red light therapy session. Each visit was efficient and contributed to my overall recovery. I felt well-cared for throughout my time with DM Clinic, and I genuinely appreciate the attentive service and professional treatment I received.
