I had a really smooth experience from start to finish with this hospital! I reached out by WhatsApp when I was in Canada, and the online consultant was super responsive, friendly, and informative. She helped walk through my numerous questions, relayed the doctor’s advice on the procedure I wanted, and helped me book an appointment for a consultation with the surgeon + the surgery for same day, as my time in Korea was limited. At the appointment, the hospital had a staff member who speaks great English accompany me through the various steps. Everyone was super friendly, and the procedure and recovery was pretty easy and painless. I’m one week out from the surgery and super happy with the results so far, and expect the swelling to keep going down over time. Overall, really happy with my experience!
