The doctor and nursing staff at DM were professional and courteous. The interpreter was also helpful and able to communicate information clearly, and I did not experience any difficulty understanding the explanations provided.

With regard to the results of the facelift surgery, I am not yet in a position to provide a definitive assessment, as I am still in the recovery phase. ( I have told it need one year ) My primary objective in undergoing the procedure was to reduce my smile lines (nasolabial folds) and to achieve tightening of the upper facial area, as my lower face is fine. However, following the surgery, some nasolabial folds remain, despite the fact that they were not particularly prominent prior to the procedure.

Although there has been some tightening of my upper face, the improvement is subtle and only noticeable to me. Upon returning to work, none of my colleagues observed any change, and my friends and family were also unable to detect any visible difference. In contrast, my girlfriend, who underwent the same procedure in Korea, experienced a significantly more noticeable result. I speculate that this difference may be related to age, as I underwent the procedure at 42, whereas she was 47.

I was also concerned about a skin burn that developed after the surgery and has persisted since then. A nurse at DM advised me to purchase a topical cream in Korea and apply it daily. It appears to be improving, but the progress has been slow.
