Hello Fellow Talkers,
Time has flown by since my PS trip to Korea for my revision rhinoplasty. I recently visited Bali and had the pleasure of enjoying my newly sculpted body thanks to liposuction. Though, I must admit, alcohol tends to make me feel a bit bloated. 😄
I'd love to share my rhinoplasty journey with you and showcase my before photos, along with the dramatic transformation my face has undergone. Some people say one can become addicted to plastic surgery, but I believe it's more about evolving and embracing change. It's only human to desire improvement, and to be honest, I had truly forgotten what I used to look like.
The reason I chose to undergo rhinoplasty stems from a history of childhood bullying due to my nose. Despite facing teasing and ridicule throughout my youth, I even participated in beauty pageants. My confidence took a hit when I changed schools and endured more bullying, with hurtful nicknames like "sea monster." Thankfully, my self-esteem rebounded during my university years when I decided to re-enter beauty pageants. However, my own family continued to criticize my nose, leading me to a deep sense of dissatisfaction with my appearance.
When I entered the workforce, I opted for my first rhinoplasty, and in the process, I stashed away all my old photos—part of the reason I gradually forgot my previous appearance. Several years later, during a trip with my ex last April, he pointed out that my nose hadn't been done properly. I couldn't help but agree with him, and even my passport photo resembled a mug shot.
So, I made the decision to undergo a revision rhinoplasty with VG (Very Good) Clinic. The doctor did an outstanding job, giving me the feminine and harmonious nose I had always wanted. Three months post-op, I'm delighted to report that my tip hasn't drooped much, and I'm eagerly anticipating how my nose will look six months post-op. 😊
