VG PS - Almost anniversary review
Sorry for the delay—work has kept me swamped! The only time I find to write is during my trips to Phuket for revision breast augmentation. The initial photos were taken in Phuket post-surgery. That’s the latest batch. The other photos are from Korea in January.
Buckle up; this might turn into a novel. I'm typing this while feeling hilariously lethargic from my BA meds, so let's get started!
Alright, let’s dive into the review.
Almost a year in, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Before surgery, I relied heavily on beauty cameras. Now, I feel my face is naturally pleasing without tweaking the size of my alars or making my face slimmer.
One thing I'm on the fence about is using my own rib cartilage. When it gets really cold, I can feel pain in the harvested area. It’s like the pain in my knee when it’s cold—yes, I’m old, please don’t judge! But as explained, there's a high rejection rate with donated rib cartilage, and knowing it might come from dead people... well, that’s a whole other story.
As for face liposuction, it was done wonderfully. The paranasal fat graft seems to be holding up, but being a very expressive person, I know the more I move, the less fat it retains.
Overall, I really love the outcome of my surgeries!
