Do I need tip work too?
Saw this bridge augmentation promo and thought, great, that’s literally my issue. My bridge is low and I only want a little more height. Nothing tiny, sharp, or overly done.
Then I started looking at more before-and-afters and now I’m wondering if leaving the tip completely untouched could make it look flatter once the bridge is raised. Or maybe I’ve just looked at too many noses and created a new problem for myself lol.
Did anyone go in wanting bridge only and end up adding tip work after the consultation? Was it actually necessary for balance, or did the surgery suddenly become a much bigger project than you planned?
