Hi everyone! It's been 4 months since my breast augmentation. I can't blieve how time flies so fast! I'm finally able to sleep without wearing any bra and it feels so free and comfortable now. Everything feels quite natural and normal now. There is still a little bit of sensitivity in my boobs but the doctor said that would last for about 6 months, up to a year because of all the nerves in the breast. Good news is I can exercise normally now! I can go running, lift weights, do yoga, dancing and swimming now! Not that I'll be swimming any time soon in this weather.. haha but I'm glad that everything seems to be going well in my recovery process! ☺️
