BREAST AUGMENTATION SURGERY
Hi everyone!!
I contacted WOOA through All about Mei and Olivia was able to help not only schedule consultations for WOOA but for other clinics as well. Writing a review so people who are interested in getting surgery with WOOA through All About Mei can know the experience.

I arrived at ICN at night and WOOA provided transportation pick up for myself and family companions. Was grateful for this since it was an hr drive to the accommodation.

The next day I went in for my breast consultation as well as double eyelid and smas min lift as I was interested in those surgeries as well. I then met with Grace, WOOA’s english coordinator, and filled out some forms and decided what implant to use. I wanted mentor smooth since I heard good things about Mentor, but was told that Mentor Smooth was an old implant model and that they suggest Mentor Memory Xtra Gel, which would be 3 mill krw extra. I agreed since I saw how different the 2 implants were and I want a natural look. Grace also mentioned that I need to take some medication 3x a day before going into surgery, which I started late since I was given prescription late. So i had to take it noon, evening and the morning day of surgery. I was then able to meet Dr. Park Young Ji to talk about the procedure. He spoke really good english and explained to me different ways the implant can go in but patients need to have certain conditions met for each method. At first I wanted the implant to be underneath the muscle but after Dr. Park analyzed my breast tissue, he stated that he can put the implant under the fascia because of how much breast tissue I have, which will still give me a natural look. I decided to do this since I will still get my natural look that I want and also decided on sizes with a bra that was given. I let him know that I wanted to be full C cup and he suggested 275 cc which when I tried on was perfect. He explained how and where the scar incision will be, which is on the breast fold. Since I had 2 rhinoplasties I already had a scar under my breast where rib was taken, so I asked him if he can reuse my scar and possibly clean it up so it heals better than when it did on my rhinoplasty. He said it should be an issue and told me he could.
After my consultation was done I had to go get some chest xray and an ekg done in an other clinic. Lia helped me get there and translate. She was super nice and attentive!

Surgery Day!! I came into the clinic early and they had me wash my face and leave my clothes in a locker and change into a garment. I then met with the clinic manager to fill out some consent forms and explained the effects I might experience after surgery. I then got my antibiotics prescription and had my mom and sister get them for me while I was in surgery. To be honest I was nervous because I hate going under general anesthesia, I always shiver a lot and get cold afterwards. Luckily after my surgery, the recovery room had a heated blanket so I was nice and cozy. I noticed that I had an undershirt and a weird bra to hold implants in place on, which was a bit uncomfortable but knew it was on for a good reason. I had to be awake after surgery for 2 hours before getting a sip of water. I didn’t have any pain and was only bothered with my throat. Dr. Park came by to check in on me and let me know that my surgery was a success and that there wasn’t any complications. Once I was okay to be discharged I went back to my airbnb and got ready for my medication, which the coordinator explained to my mom and sis how I need to take them.
Pain level: 3/10

I came back to WOOA so Dr. Park can check how I am healing. As well as let me know that I don’t need to massage my implants (I asked this since I know so many people that needed to massage their implants). After Dr. Park checking up on me, I was giving an antibiotic shot and a specific bra that I need to buy before my 1 week check up.
Overall my experience with WOOA has been pleasant even though there was some pricing discrepancies, I had a good overall experience!
Shout out to Olivia from All About Mei for checking some pricing discrepancies and Lia from WOOA clinic for being so nice and attentive!! They helped me a lot so I appreciate them greatly :)
I will keep updating as I heal!
