Today was such an exciting day! I went in for my first ever breast augmentation consultation at Wooa Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong.

The clinic was really clean and the staff made me feel so comfortable even though it was awkward for me at first. 😅 I was able to meet with an English-speaking consultant first and she was lovely. She went over the pros and cons of each type of implant and the procedure itself. She also asked me to rank from 1-5 what my biggest concerns were for the surgery and then she went over those. I really like that she did that because it made me feel like they understood how nervous people can be about this surgery.

Then she introduced me to Dr. Young Ji Park. He also spoke English and explained how the surgery is performed and we spoke about what shape I’m looking and he recommended what size would be suitable for my body because I had no idea. I had a long list of questions and he was able to to answer them all.

I was able to try on the implants in a bra and thought it felt heavy at first but the doctor explained it will feel different when it’s actually a part of my body but obviously it will be heavier. After I got used to wearing them, I totally love it ! I’m so happy I was able to try them on to see what it would look like. Something I couldn’t imagine for myself 😂

Dr. Park also assured me that he would minimize the pain during recovery and that I could go back to work after a few days! This is great news because I’m such a baby when it comes to pain so that’s something I was really afraid of.
