I had a consultation for a breast lift today at Wooa Clinic, where the free surgery offer is being held. Here’s the “too long, didn’t read” version if you don’t want to look at the whole thing:

Pros: very welcoming, gorgeous clinic, excellent communication
Cons: online resources and in-clinic questionnaire aren’t easy to read

After looking on Wooa Clinic’s website and social media, I wasn’t sure what it would be like as the English is a little hard to underhand in places, but when I got there, I was really surprised. The clinic is really big and modern looking, much better than I’d expected.

I spoke to several people (including the doctor who does all the breast surgery) and they were all really nice and informative. They kept asking me if I had any questions and were very honest about scarring. I was also reassured a lot about the doctor’s experience and qualifications - let’s not forget that surgery can be dangerous!

A lot of plastic surgery clinics in Seoul have a cold atmosphere, but the friendly staff definitely made me feel very welcome and safe. I also felt that any further questions I had would be answered without any bother.

My only suggestions to Wooa would be to get a native English speaker to check their online resources and forms (as they can sound a bit “Konglishy”) but otherwise, I’d highly recommend them. Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions! : )
